After you, selected a product, you need to start the recruiting process. You can do this by holding your own parties and finding others who might be interested in making some extra money. During your party, try to book other parties. For your first party, invite friends, relatives, neighbors, acquaintances. Hold a few home business parties if you have enough people.

During your recruiting efforts you need to meet regularly with your recruits. You will need to keep them motivated. Your enthusiasm will help spark them. Continued sales and product information training during these meetings is a plus. If you are not a particularly great speaker, have someone from another business or one of your recruits speak. Most sales people will love the opportunity to network.

This type of business definitely has a possibility of creating a different lifestyle for you. Let’s say you have 10 party hostesses selling your products. Each hostess holds four parties a month. You may want to do some undercover work to get started. Join a home party business as a recruit. Work the business diligently and take notes on how you could improve the business. Also, take care to note what is working. This will help you to develop a business plan. There is no need to completely recreate the wheel.
