Refund Policy

We do grant a 30 day refund even though you this is a customize product /membership that cannot be physically returned. We provide a refund if you can show based on our criteria that our directory is not up to date or the opportunities listed are not offering what is posted. But you must be able to substantiate this and verify this with actual proof and not hearsay, third party reports or based on any other criteria you have not developed on your own. It is your obligation to provide 100% of this information in order to be refunded your money. If you fail to provide each and every piece of information, requiring our staff to further research your claim, then your claim will be denied and you will not receive your refund. Your refund is based on you providing sound proof that the posting is not accurate, that it was mailed to the address posted with sufficient postage, that is came from our listings and where, We will not accept any requests by email nor any exceptions to these policies. If you do not find it covered here, then it is not guaranteed, such as email addresses. Here are the terms and conditions;

You have received 4 rejection letters from companies in our listings that state they no longer provide that job or opportunity. You must provide an original copy of the letter from the company on company letterhead. These must be received by us within the 30 days or your letter must be post marked within 30 days of your order. You must also provide a copy of the listing from our directory which shows the address as listed in our directory to verify each letter and date taken from directory. Please provide the following information with your 4 original rejection letters,

1. The First and Last Name of the person who applied and paid for the member listing database.
2. The date that the order was placed.
3. Specify if your payment was made by credit card, check, cash, or money order.
4. A signed letter (sent via U.S. Mail) from you stating that you will not use, nor share any of the information provided to you in the package you received from us. Also indicate in the letter that you will not continue to use the information online provided in our listing again( Anyone caught trying to log in after this letter will be denied their request)

You have received 10 letters (envelopes) returned to you as undeliverable due to address changes or companies no longer in business. We grant this refund because we state that our lists are current. By providing this many letters returned to you you have provided that we in fact have not provided a current list. Letters will only be excepted that are unopened and returned to us. You must also provide a copy of the listing from our directory which shows the address as listed in our directory to verify each letter and date taken from the directory. These must be received by us within the 30 days or your letter must be post marked within 30 days of your order. We will check to see that the envelope was correctly addressed and postage paid. We will also check the content of the letter to see that no deliberate letters were written for the purpose of receiving rejection letters. Only those that are received unopened, within the time allotted and with good intentions will be included. Please provide the following information with your 10 unopened and undeliverable envelopes,

1. The First and Last Name of the person who applied and paid for the member listing database. 
2. The date that the order was placed. 
3. Specify if your payment was made by credit card, check, cash, or money order.
4. A signed letter (sent via U.S. Mail) from you stating that you will not use, nor share any of the information provided to you in the package you received from us. We cannot accept any partial or combination of these two options. One condition must be completely met and must be met within the time period specified. There are no exceptions to these return policies. 

Substantive proof - What it includes but is not limited to: unopened and undeliverable letters, rejection letters, broken links (including page and exact link as listed on page in directory) and anything else that substantiates that you used the information but we failed to provide correct and valuable information. What it does not include; is subjective claims as "did not find anything of value" without evidence, "could not use" without evidence as to why, "did not like", "found something better elsewhere" which has no bearing on what we provide, etc.

Cancellation policy - For online books, there are absolutely no cancellations of any orders once received by us and processed by us. This includes, but is not limited to, online books that give ability to access the information immediately, you were sent a confirmation e-mail with the access links and/or url addresses or requested your membership id and password. Since we do not offer books by mail and are very clear about this on the website, there are no cancellations based on your misinterpretation or misunderstanding that you would receive it by mail. There are no exceptions, expect for fulfilling the refund request with all the required information as requested. There are no cancellations of trial memberships nor does the refund policy apply. These trial memberships are sold as is and all sales are final for these trial membership guides.

Claims of non-receipt - We are not responsible for claims of non-receipt of e-mail sent by us, since you are providing the e-mail address and control the validity, screening and working condition of this. There are no exceptions to this policy. 

Terms of Membership - Membership is defined by the length of membership purchased, to email given upon ordering (we will not forward to new emails), abiding to all store policies written, implied and/or non written, and we have the right to change any of these terms and length of memberships due to changes in the guides, revisions or improvements. Right to membership is a privilege and is also defined by members conduct which must always be on a professional manner, with no use of profanity, accusations, condemning remarks, derogatory comments and/or threats. The first violation of this conduct by the member and their membership will immediately be terminated with absolutely no right to any refund or future access rights. As with any store, you must conduct your self in a professional manner at all times. Just because you are dealing on the internet does not give you the right to be rude, condemning or derogatory. As with any store, it your obligation to provide a copy of your receipt if required. If you cannot provide this when requesting access or new codes you will need to prepay our service fee for having to research and find your membership.

Member's Email Address - Since we track our members by their unique email address, we will only correspond to the email registered with at time of purchase. We allow only one email address to be registered by each order. If you register with multiple emails, the first will be selected and only that email address will be used for your membership. We will allow for typographical errors as long as they are corrected within a timely manner (48 hours). We will not forward correspondence to a new email address, regardless of how similar. If you do change your email address, there will be a $10 fee for this change in address. You are only allowed one change. We will make no exceptions to requiring the member to maintain their email address. Members Additional Responsibility -

Double/Incorrect Orders - We do not allow for switching or upgrading from guide to guide. Since orders are entered by the consumer, any request for a refund due to a double entry on the consumer's end will result in a non-refundable service fee for the time and effort required to correct this mistake.

Consultation Services - If you need additional support than what is provided through email, we will provide telephone support. This includes but is not limited to obtaining access, new login procedures, incorrect email addresses, not following directions, and missing information. However, this is not included in the membership and all costs incurred must be prepaid in order to receive this service. Charges will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and will always be discussed and approved by both parties before any charges are incurred and additional support provided.

Claims of Non-Working Access Codes - Each and every case of non-working access codes will be reviewed by our staff. If it is found that they are not working as submitted and activated, we will reset these at no charge. If however, we discover that they are working and that the error is on the part of the customer not following directions, your membership will be terminated until you pay a service fee in order to reimburse us for the time and effort to investigate your error.

Claims of No Access - We assign unique access codes for each and every member. use a third party to monitor and track access to our online guides. 

Incorrect Emails - It is your responsibility to provide all correspondence with the email address registered with at the time of purchase. We have the right to assess additional fees for time and money incurred in for having to investigate and research membership status with incorrect email. Charges will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and will always be discussed and approved by both parties before any charges are incurred and additional support provided.

Fraudulent Credit Card Charges, Chargebacks or Fraudulent Claims - All requests to negate charges are investigated by our technical department and legal department. Since all of our transactions are completed through e-mail, we can and will verify the owner of the e-mail address given through their e-mail provider. We can and will verify receipt of e-mails through your e-mail service provider as well. This is in no way a violation of the privacy act and can be requested to provide proof of delivery of information paid for and ordered. Upon verification, this information is reported to local authorities as fraud to pursue criminal prosecution and our legal department to pursue civil compensation including any and all legal fees incurred. When card holder makes fraudulent claim of unauthorized card usage we report this to credit card services. 

Copying Material - Your membership does not confer any title or ownership to the material found in our guides. This material is owned and copyrighted by Work At Home Jobs Information.. There is no copying, reselling or adaptations of any part of the material accessed in our guides.
